Refund Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

Payments for TranscriptYT are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. This policy explains when we refund a payment. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by applicable law, we do not refund unused time or unused credits in a billing period.

Charges we refund

We refund a payment in full if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and it was a duplicate charge, a renewal charged after you had cancelled, or a period in which a fault on our side prevented you from using the Service.

One-time credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.

What happens after a refund

A refunded subscription is cancelled immediately and your account returns to the Free plan. Credits from a refunded credit pack are removed. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve billing problems faster. Paid access is removed while a dispute is open.

How to request a refund

Email aadit@techiseasy.co.in from your account's email address with the date of the charge and the order or payment ID from your receipt.
